Subscription and Payments:

• ServeIQ operates on a subscription model. Payments are billed monthly or annually. Any late payments or chargebacks may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.

Limitation of Liability:

• ServeIQ will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Termination:

• ServeIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the services.
